Our organization is hosting this first conference in Europe. It is not up to us to issue the invitations to the world leaders. Who will be responsible for the invitations has not yet been decided. The invitations will come from the people when the people are ready.
Once the world leaders receive their invitation from their own people, they will be asked to sign the invitation on a particular day. This will be the day when world peace will officially start. People all over the world will keep a tally of the nations that choose to participate.
That day will be scheduled far enough in advance of the conference to allow the governments to bring together a delegation.
